Located in an emerging commercial hub between Seattle’s Capitol Hill and Central District neighborhoods, the 2100 E Madison project will be a six-story apartment building providing 50 studio and one-bedroom units over a prominently scaled retail base.

The building’s street level focuses on an improved pedestrian environment and activation of the street. An inset storefront along the length of each frontage eases circulation and provides overhead weather protection, while also allowing for lush landscaping and sidewalk seating.

Similarly, apartments above have inset balconies to overlook the planned greenspace across the street and to encourage use late into the evening. A rooftop terrace further emphasizes the setting with views to Lake Washington and the Cascades to the east and views of downtown to the west.
