68th and Roosevelt is a new mixed-use, multi-family project in the vibrant Roosevelt neighborhood. Located one block from the Roosevelt Light Rail Station, this transit-oriented development will provide a high-quality living environment for residents and a dynamic streetscape that is welcoming and stimulating to pedestrians.

The building will present a cohesive architectural concept sensitive to the varied scales of its neighbors through integral building modulation informed by the specifics of the site.  Modulation on a 20-ft interval relates to the lower density of the neighborhood to the north and reduces the apparent mass of the structure. Deep building setbacks allow for intimate entry porches at ground-level units and generous landscaping as a buffer between the residences and the sidewalk.
