East Union Mixed-Use Apartments

East Union is a new mixed-use multi-family apartment building located in Seattle’s Central Area. The building connects the small, existing commercial district on E Union to the corner businesses on 23rd Avenue.

The building’s courtyard form creates a strong, continuous edge along each street front that responds to their differing individual contexts: tall, highly visible street level commercial along both 23rd Avenue and East Union, and townhouse residences and lush landscaping on 22nd Avenue.
