Three blocks north from Redmond Town Center and two blocks west from Anderson Park, Station House is part of the evolution of downtown Redmond into a more urban, walkable environment.

The 6-story structure employs a U-shape to bring light and air to the 196 residential units.  The ground- and mezzanine-levels are set back from the street to provide covered terraces for the first floor lofts and a generous pedestrian zone to transform the streetscape.
