TUNE Office at Union Stables

Seattle, WA

In 2013 and 2014, TUNE made the Inc 500 list of the 100 fastest-growing companies in America. As the company looked for more square footage, preferably near their existing offices on Western Ave, they also wanted a space that would help them attract talent in the extremely competitive climate of Seattle software firms.

Weinstein A+U created tenant improvements that are youthful, flexible, and brand-consistent. The result is a space geared to creative professionals. The design incorporates infrastructure for tech office life, such as teleconferencing, video recording, group collaboration, cell phone “booths,” and fully-stocked hang-out spaces, within the historic shell of Union Stables. The open-office concept includes a conference room enclosed by seamless glass and long, shared work stations for easy communication between employees.

To connect further connect employees, TUNE commissioned a spiral stair-case that links the two floors of workspaces. Reception is defined by a curved wood-clad desk and a laser-cut steel screen designed by Weinstein A+U.
