1111 E Olive Apartments is an 80 unit, six-story mixed-use apartment building located with the Pike / Pine Conservation District. The design combines classic building forms and durable materials with a contemporary approach to the building modulation, carefully considered details. The expansive windows promote activity at the street level and emphasize the presence of Hugo House, a non-profit writing center and the main commercial tenant.
