Ed Weinstein

Ed Weinstein is the founding partner and design lead of Weinstein A+U. Under his direction, the firm’s portfolio has expanded to include a significant number of civic, community, mixed-use, and non-profit projects. Ed is recognized as one of the region’s eminent designers and has led the firm to earn 90 Seattle Chapter, Northwest and Pacific Region, and National AIA design awards.
Known as a creative and astute problem solver, Ed’s talent has been recognized regionally and nationally. In 1993, he was inducted into the American Institute of Architects (AIA) College of Fellows. In 2011, Ed received the AIA Seattle Medal of Honor, the region’s highest recognition for lifetime achievement in architecture.
