This mixed-use, six-story building will promote urban revitalization in the Madison-Miller neighborhood, an enclave between Seattle’s Capitol Hill and Madison Valley neighborhoods.
The project is sited on a prominent corner on a major arterial that connects directly to downtown Seattle.
In terms of building design, a series of multi-story entrance openings at street level will lead to a central courtyard—thus visually and physically inviting activity into the heart of the site.
